How long does your repair service take?
The time it takes to complete a repair varies drastically. Leather repairs are typically completed within a week depending on the severity of the repair. On average, for furniture or leather repairs, most take 2-3 weeks for completion. I will always give a more accurate time frame during diagnostic.
What are your business hours or your availability?
I do not have a store front with standard business hours. I am a one man band and my availability all depends on my work load and personal life. I absolutely do my best to work around you, the customer. It is always best to email or fill out the contact form to get a hold of me. I typically respond within 24 hours.
How long does custom work take?
I can typically get most custom work done within a week but that depends on the materials I have in stock.
Larger projects for businesses or weddings can take one to two weeks depending on the quantities. It is always best to start the conversation of a large project as soon as possible to guarantee on time delivery of a project.
